I'd make WRAPS...but no ordinary wraps. I fill mine with wild rice, sweet whole kernel corn and a touch of gravy. And best of all, I make my tortillas from scratch....when my kids see me making tortillas, they literally jump around like monkeys, chanting. "It's WRAPs night...."
You can add cheese, sour cream and just about anything. This chicken would be PERFECT for this :)
