Thanks so much for sharing your information and recipes for Elderberries. We too have them on our driveway and property and I always wanted to make something out of them. I will remember next year to try some of your ideas.

Very cool. That recipe for the bread sounds simply delicious. Did you see that I posted last spring on elderberries at Little Green Bees? The elderberry is just about a miracle plant! When we get berries, I would love to try that bread recipe.

I'm so glad you liked the elderberry bread! (Nothing worse than passing along a recipe and finding out it didn't go over so well...)
Last year I made elderberry rose jelly which was very tasty. I also know of some people who can elderberry juice for its curative properties in the winter.
