Bird Feeder Christmas Gifts

This year I got a great jump start on my Christmas shopping before Thanksgiving. It feels so good to have so much done, and with gifts that I think people will really enjoy. I like to pick out gifts that are special for each individual, not just something general. Sometimes, that can be hard to do.

There are always a few people on my list that are just hard to shop for. Do you have any like that on your list? If they are nature lovers, maybe a bird feeder would be a the perfect gift for someone special.

Personally, I love watching the birds in the winter. About two years ago the kids and I got the field guide and out and tried to identify as many of the birds as we could. I posted 13 of them with photos in For the Birds. I used some very ugly homemade feeders, but it would sure be nice to have something a little prettier to look at.
