Grilled Watermelon
It sounded interesting......
It even looked pretty good....
But it didn't taste all that good. I prefer my watermelon cold, thank you very much. Chalk it up to a learning experience.

I think you may have too much watermelon on your hands. ;)
I wonder if you could just grill the rind using a grilled zucchini or summer squash recipe. I agree that the flesh is best cold.
Kudos to you for trying something new though. You'll never know unless you try right?
Bet it needs to be deep fried.
