Cider Chicken
Heather over at Home - Ec 101 is looking for some recipes that include cider. Her post reminded me of a recipe I made quite frequently when we were first married. The recipe came from Great American Recipes in a card set. It has been awhile since I've made it. It may be on the menu in the next few weeks though! YUM!
I'm putting cider on the shopping list and hanging this recipe under the cupboards with industrial clamps. I want to be sure to make this before cider season is over.

Mmm, sounds good! DH loves chicken, and we found out this year that our two-year-old loves cider!
Thanks for posting this. I think my dad subscribed to those recipe cards at one point (I don't think there is anything my father hasn't had a subscription for) :P
