101 Free Piano Lessons

Once upon a time, a very long time ago, I knew how to play the piano. I learned to play on a beautiful upright that belonged to my great grandmother. I have long since forgotten how to play, and after moving the beautiful, but extremely heavy and bulky piano a couple of times we gave it away.

The person who has it says she is only keeping it for us until we are ready to take it back. Maybe someday. . . Tim, the musician in the family, would love to have an electric piano. I wonder if I'd be able to pick it back up quickly?

Today I came across a site that offers 101 free lessons. The come via email every five days. Click on this link: Piano lessons & piano chords, for more information. The site also offers DVD piano courses for purchase. I've heard that piano teachers are hard to find. A DVD course might be a nice alternative.

I would love to play again, and for the kids to learn too. Maybe someday we will.
