YUM!, I love tomatoes on toast, and better still, if you fry off some onions until brown, then add in the tomatoes and some bacon, great on toast for breakfast!!!

And please, have a little thought for those who don't have the green thumb, and have to buy their tomatoes at the grocery store... LOL
