Do you have more herbs than you know what to do with? I do, and I'm looking for some ideas. With that in mind, I've declared a theme for next week's carnival; From the Herb Garden. Submit posts about your favorite ways to use your fresh herbs. Perhaps a favorite recipe, a way to preserve the bounty, or maybe a craft you create using your herbs. The theme is optional, of course.

Thanks for letting me host- and a great idea for the theme next week! I've got more parsley and cilantro than I know what to do with, and just yesterday I was looking for recipes to figure out what they're good for. Thanks for the challenge!
I can't wait to see others ideas as my daughter's herb garden is growing like crazy, and I'm not sure what to do with it all. lol!
