Up For a Challenge
It is always fun to try something new, but sometimes we just need a little push. That is what challenge week is for; a little extra incentive to try something you've always wanted to try. The entries below are first attempts.

I almost didn't get this done in time. Alright I'll fess up, I didn't post it by the deadline, but that is one of the advantages of being the host! Stuffed Grape Leaves were on the menu at my house.
