Tackling Kids Clothes

This tackle has been a week long project. I've been going through the closets and dressers. It has been a multi task project.

1. First pulling out all the summer clothes that do not fit anymore.
2. Sorting the clothes into a donate pile and a consignment pile.
3. Getting the consignment pile ready for the sale. This has involved organizing by size, pricing and labeling. All that is done. I just need to fill out an inventory sheet before dropping everything off tomorrow.
4. Making a mental list of who needs what for summer. I will be shopping for these items at the sale.

Consigning this way has been a little more work, but I do like that I have a deadline. Things have to be finished by tomorrow morning. Hopefully there will also be a worthwhile payoff for the work put in. I will let you know about that next week!

That's a big job, and a deadline does help. Hope you do well at the sale!

Sounds like you were really busy. I did that a few weeks ago (minus the consignment). It was nice to know exactly what munchkin needed (and didn't need) for the summer.

Great job!
