Carnival of the Recipes
I joined the Carnival of the Recipes this week at Thrifty Mommy. The theme was Mexican Food. Hmmm, somehow I missed that. I submitted by recipe for Cranberry Nut Bread, not exactly a Mexican dish. Thrifty Mommy was gracious and included me anyway! I love Mexican food, so I will be trying some of these recipes!

Oh Stephanie- Maybe you will make those tortillas now. Actually, my brother gave me a recipe for tortillas and I won't go back to those flat little store bought things again. And it is SO SO easy and so much better. Want the recipe? Let me know.
Ah got me there! I do love Mexican, but I love lasagna even more! That is the plan. Hoping to make it and post about it on Saturday.
