that's really really cool that you have a birdfeeder WITH a bird feeding at it!
What is really cool is that the bird is a woodpecker, right? Aren't they pretty shy birds? I've never seen one that close. Very cool.

I know robins, eagles, and seagulls and that's about it.
Judeandelise - it is a woodpecker. He apparently is more greedy than shy. He was pretty shy at first, but now just stays and pigs out.
Scribbit- Living in the woods you would think I could id more birds. He is a woodpecker, a Downy? I need to invest in a field guide!
His wings are beautiful. And he's such a long bird!
He's also one hungry bird. lol
